Health system no good

Good day, I am very disappointed in this hospital my dad has been there about 12 times to be operated on due to a cancer growth on his face and every time they have said come back next week and yet still today they have done absolutely nothing to help him , they say get there 7am which means the has to leave Margate early hours of the morning to be there on time . Than has to wait now until 1pm to see surgeons in the waiting room even though they gave him a book in form from the last time they told him to come in .. is there any numbers that we could call for complaints even if I feel we’ll get no where with them might be worth a try ..this is absolutely madness they say they want people to use government hospitals yet they can’t help the people they have already . My dad is a retired old man of 71 and is expected to sit and wait with no help at all .. this is such a shame for this country and for the older people that need the help.. I can’t even give this hospital a one star as it not even worth that
