Albert nthuli hospital letting my mother die

They are going to let my mother die from a infection. She went in today for a operation, which is needed desperately because she now cannot even walk anymore because of pain. They booked her in at 7 am this morning and at 11:30 am told her to go home op was canceled and they forgot to tell her. Me as a white human cannot phone management they do not care, they were literally her last hope. Where in the name of all holy bubbles do I turn to now. If anything happens to this lady I will sue this hospital with everything I got.
