Wrongful priced and I already paid for it.

I bought printable vinyl from this consumer, after paying what I was invoice with (PayFast) they noticed it was wrongly priced. It has been this price for almost a month and now they noticed their mistake. They dont want to send me the vinyl for the price I bought it for. Please can someone assist me?
