Very disappointed

At first I was very satisfied with ink casa's service and the tattoo came out lookinv great. The problem came in with the touchup, I have booked an appointment, twice on two different occasions. Both times they had someone else sitting and told me to wait an hour after I had booked. I live far away from them thus I had to travel all the way to them just to tell me they can't help me because they are too busy! This is highly unprofessional especially because they have done this to me twice now.
