Be careful! Non-returnable and Non-refundable

I placed an order on Takealot. The toner was completely useless and had to throw it away. I noticed that this item is non-returnable! The toner painted the whole page black each and every time. I could not use it at all and could not return it - wasted my money. Very disappointing!!
