Pathetic customer service

I purchased HP printer cartridges on the Ink Station website recently.

As soon as I made the payment they informed me that the product was out of stock and that they would make a refund to me.

It has now been more than a week and I have not received any correspondence from them again.

I will never purchase any product from them again and I want to warn other people to do the same.
