Outstanding, lightspeeding service
I posted my order for two ink cartridges for a Canon printer on 22.9.2021 at 11.30h. As usual I got an email stating that my order had been received and “is now being processed”. I expected to get several more emails to bridge the days until dispatching. Imagine my total surprise when that very same day at 19.00 h my bell rang. At the gate, at this unbelievable hour after nightfall the courier from Ink Station handed me the two cartridges through the bars. Just like that. Before I ordered, I had looked through the various offers on the internet. Ink Station was the shop with the lowest amount to qualify for free shipping. So, I paid nothing for the delivery and got it with lightning speed all the same. Many of us know the rising panic when you urgently need to print a document and your printer decides then and there to call it a day. As if the beast had chosen the moment of maximum damage. I actually tried to buy a cartridge in a shop when my printer indicated that he would soon go on strike. But with the Covid chaos around supplies I only found a note SOLD OUT, where the cartridges should hang. I’ve had my share of delivery errors, surprise shipping costs and endless, endless waiting for things I needed in a hurry. Ink Station is clearly an outstanding shop, which I heartily recommend. They are friendly, they are efficient, they are fast and your satisfaction clearly matters to them. Thanks, guys, you are doing a great job!
