False advertising
Worst service ever, false advertising of their products. The images on their website isn't true to the representation of the products that they are selling. First and last ever purchase and will be asking for a refund.

In addition, there is a clear note right below the "add to cart" button that states the following: "Product Images are for illustration purposes only" This is again stated in our terms and conditions that you accepted when placing the order. We are sorry you missed these clearly visible signs. You are welcome to send the products back and we will refund based on our returns policy.
