Bad service at Ink Station Glengarry

On 22 Feb I bought an ink cartridge Original HPXL122 for R799 at the shop at Gelgarry shopping center. (As an extra in case I run out of ink on month end) On 26 Feb the 122 normal size ran out of ink and I installed the new cartridge. It immediately gave me a message that the cartridge is damaged. I took it out of the printer and installed it again and this time I got the message that the cartridge was the wrong one for my printer. I checked the printer and the cartridge and as it was the correct one I went back to the shop to exchange the cartridge. The assistant phoned the owner who told me to buy a new cartridge as he first want to test the cartridge to see if it was damaged, as it might be my printer that is faulty. After trying to convince him, I had no option but to buy a new cartridge. When I put in the new cartridge it worked immediately. I sent them evidence of the new prints and also the message I got from HP thanking me for buying an original cartridge. They did not even bother to answer me. I think this is bad service and just want my money for the XL cartridge back. I will not make use of their service again.
