Above and Beyond
I bought a printer from their store in Parklands as my old one gave up the ghost. I attempted to set it up but for the life of me the setup would not complete. Fearing I had bought a dud I called them asking them for assistance. I'm no wizard when it comes to PC's but they could not assist me online and I was growing more and more concerned. They assured me that they would assist and that they are pretty confident that the printer is 100%. They sent there technician all the way to me in Claremont and within 10 minutes managed to get the software installed and the printer was printing without hassle. I was so relieved and impressed by there willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't ask for any payment but I gave the Technician R100 for his trouble. I will certainly support their business and tell all my friends about the fantastic service.
