Refund Please

I really need help here I bought ink at this company in Monument Road Kempton Park on the 02 Aug 2018. The cartridge is not compatible to my printer so I returned it the same day. I gave my banking details and was told I would receive a refund. Up until today and numerous very rude telephone calls I am told that no refunds are given and I must get replacements. I have already replaced with originals so I do not need any for awhile. Surely its my right to get the full refund of R 520.00 The main branch is in Durban and the only number that is answered is ********** The Monument branch is ********** /2 or **********
