Paid R1900 for a Cartridge and still do not have a cartridge in working order

<p>Firstly, I have made use of this company twice before without any problems. I have paid an amount of R1 900 for a Lexmark compatible cartridge. My husband collected the cartridge from the Kempton Park shop on the Wednesday. That same afternoon I put the cartridge into my printer, and the cartridge is empty. I called the shop and advised them of this that same day. Spoke to Bianca who works there. She assured me that she will sort this out and get a courier to deliver me a new cartridge by no later than that coming Friday. Well this is now 3 weeks later and I still dont have a working cartridge for which I paid R1 900 for. The owner of the Business, Pius, Cell No. ********** , who owns the Kempton Park as well as the Durban shop, now refuses to take my calls and not answer my messages. I now need to resort to other ways to get either my money back or a new working cartridge. I consider this as theft - as Pius received my money and did not provide me with a product I have paid for. </p>
