No delivery - theft!

I ordered 6 X cartridges from Inkbank. Only 3 were sent to me, that was 2 months ago. After numerous phones calls to the sales person and the manager, I still have not received the 3 missing units or a refund. This is just theft plain and simple. Do not deal with these ******!
