Injector Clinic. STAY AWAY

Susan at Injector Clinic in Boksburg Gauteng invoiced us R8000.00 to RECONDITION 4x Injectors from our TATA Xenon 3.0.

Once these injectors were done we collected it after payment, after installing found the vehicle to be smoking and low on power. We pulled the injectors out and found 1 injector was leaking. We sent the leaking injector and another as a control measure back to Susan. After weeks Injector Clinic found that both injectors were faulty and firstly sent us a completely different vehicle's injectors. After another week we finally received the correct injectors.

Before installing the injectors we opted to send it to a local company to test as Injector Clinic could not provide any test report whatsoever. The test result found all 4 injectors were still faulty. We sent them this test report.

Injector Clinic claims they never do any refunds and we should just keep sending the injectors back to them. They claim that it is our fault that we expect a "reconditioned" injector (as per their invoice) means an injector that has been completely reconditioned when in fact it only means some parts of the injector is reconditioned. It then came out they do not even test the units prior or after their "Reconditioning". To make matters worse, Susan at Injector Clinic is in no way connected to any of the "Workshops" she sub contracts the work for, nor has any idea of their procedures in the workshops.

After R8000 and another R1600 for 3rd party testing we still have no working injectors.
