A very personal and thoughtful experience

I worked with Inizio from the UK while planning a new home project in South Africa, and the experience was genuinely excellent. Being overseas, I needed someone I could trust to guide me through the process and help me make the right decisions from a distance. Philip immediately understood what I was trying to achieve and brought a calm, thoughtful approach to the whole project. What I appreciated most was that it never felt like a standard design service. He took the time to understand how the home should feel, how it would be used, and what would make it special. His advice on the layout, materials, finishes and overall direction was clear, considered and very reassuring. Working remotely can easily become stressful, but Philip made the process feel much more manageable. He has a very good eye, but also a practical understanding of what needs to happen on the ground in South Africa.
