The supplier provide a good quote but his service does note match his promises.

On acceptance of the quote he request deposit. He accepts the deposit and need frequently to be reminded of his obligation to return with the goods. His installation timeframe is poor and do not provide all the equipment as per his quote.

HIs after service lack dedication as his does not answer his phone and sometimes make promises that he cannot deliver.
