Worst service ever
Worst service ever taking customers for granted got quote on 26 May 2021 and paid same day via their page was told within 10 days ill get my order. 4th June called and told 9 June order will be ready went in on the 11th June order not ready and no explanation, was told by Kat Production Manager will call me same day and to date no call. Went in myself again today 15 June 2021 and my order is not ready still no explanation, mind you this was only for 1 maybe garment which i wanted to test product and service....clearly 1 customer means nothing to them.....i asked for a refund, worst service ever will never ever buy from them and will definetly do them a favour of spreading the word.
