No customer service
I an looking at starting a clothing business and have reached out to Innit apparel numerous times for pricing/quotations with no reply.
After mailing and messaging on instagram finally a reply to one of my mails.
Today i went to their store to buy some product as well as use their express service and the store was closed.
The notification on the door states that they are open on sundays as well as their websites states they are open. Call, whatsapp and instagram message with no luck.
They are so active on instagram but thats as good as it gets.
I will never support them due to this bad experience.
