Empty Promises

After speaking to a few unhappy clients, I decided that I wish I knew this information sooner. Very poor service delivery. The owner makes promises she cannot keep. If you ask her for something you want to use or do at your event she ensures you that she can do it/supply what you asked for, but when at the event she claims that she never said she could help you. She makes you pay for decor she does not use and refuses to pay back your money. Therefore you paying for a service/goods that you never receive. The price you pay and the quality of the event is not worth it. She over charges and under deliver. Even when you sent her the instructions of what you pay for via emails/whatsapp she simply ignores what you (the client, who is paying her) asks for and goes for the cheapest easiest solution.Therefore I personally will never recommend this place. If you do decide to host an event, ensure that you always have proof of what is discussed, confirm with an email. What was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life was ruined by a rude, unprofessional owner. When you dreamt of your wedding day as a perfect day as a little girl, walking down the aisle, all smiles with everything you ever dreamt of... well this was not that experience for me... my experience was a rude owner, lots of tears and a wedding we payed for that was substandard.
