I have bought an flash light from this online company on the 28/10/2019, 2 days later i received an email confirming that my product has been posted to me and i also received a tracking number. I was unable to track this parcel. I then proceeded to contact the company and inform that i can not trace my parcel to which they assured me my parcel is on its way. Today is the 24/04/2020 and i have still not received my parcel nor is the company replying to mails requesting a refund on my monies.
