In House Slamguard complaint

On 5 May 2015 In House Slamguard installed 5 sliding security window barriers to the windows at my house. I reported to Andre, the owner of the company that there's bad workmanship that must be repaired. I also held back some money until the poor workmanship has been fixed. I made an appointment for Andre to come back to my house to correct the poor work. I could clearly hear Andre in the background swearing and making excuses while on the phone with the admin person. The arrangement was for Andre to come to my house on 16 May at 09:00. Andre sent a message before 09:00 to let me know that he will be at my house at 11:00. I explained that I have another appointment and will leave home at 10:30. This train of messaging went on for a while and Andre finally showed up around 09:30 without tools or people. I showed Andre that most of the window barriers are skew, rusting and poorly fitted. Andre made a lot of excuses that the window ledge in the kitchen is *****ed
