Poor Service

the service and treatment my mom and i have been subjected to has been completely underwhelming and disappointing to say the very least. the person we were in communication with goes by the name Shaun/Sean and he has been a difficult person to reach/communicate with ever since payment was made. what he promised to deliver is NOT what he has delivered, thereby clearly undermining us as a family. his team has also made mistakes which he is not wanting to rectify and to top off the entire ordeal, he has now vanished with a cupboard door, handle and step ladder of ours and is neither answering texts or calls. it's been **********
