Very disappointing service from Lifestyle Renovators / Inhouse Emporium

I bought a lounge suite through BidorBuy and paid R16 500 18/06/2019. My was supposed to be delivered within 7 to days. Donaven, the sales person told me on 04/07/2019 that there has been a delay and my order will b delivered on 24/07/2019. In the beginning he was all friendly and sounded sincere but now his acting like a ******. Since then I tried calling and WhatsApp him and his office but no reply. Before I bought the item I viewed customer reviews and found only 2 negative reviews, that's why I trusted them. I don't know if I've lost my money for good or if there is still hope and will I still receive my goods or money back.
