Horrible Customer service

Worse pathetic customer service ever, I have paid for Lounge suite on the 24th of May full amount, with the promise that the goods will be delivered within 10 or 15 working days. Today is 1st July still nothing, they don't respond to emails and calls. I have cancelled this order and requested the refund, Donaven is now saying, refund is not approved reason being made for you order, garbage this was never advertised as made for you on BidorBuy. I am so frustrated. All I want is my refund now.
