Advertising under false pretends!!

An item was advertised on Facebook from Peter Thomas firming skin was advertised for a couple of days. I ordered one for almost R600. I waited for almost two months and received a tiny tube of West Month. This product of West Month is available anywhere online for not even R200. I sent them an email with pictures and asked for a refund, but they refuse although they admitted it was a mistake and just apologise. They offered me $6 and I told them, what must I do with that and the cream. I have a very sensitive skin. I think this is advertising under false pretends. I am SO unhappy and are going public with this.
