Not as expected!!!

The resort does not give what was paid for. Upon my most recent visit I was disgusted to learn after I left that I was given a room half the value of what I asked for.

On top of this they tried this with everyone who booked for the wedding taking place that weekend. Others had seen what was advertised and knew better but for those who didn't see the advertised room for what was asked got given terrible quality accommodation for double the price.

On top of that the manager on duty for one of the evening was by far the most unprofessional young man I had ever seen. Witnessing how he threatened to throw guests out who had not seen where the appropriate smoking section was. That being said the guests had immediately put of the cigarette end moved to the smoking area shown. The manager was set on making an example and tried to throw these older ladies off the resort and called security.

A manager who conducts himself like this and who cant actually talk to guests in a calm collected manner should not be in charge. I would never recommend this place to anyone and hope those who try this place has better luck at better service.

That being said the people working in the restaurant were slightly inexperienced but had great personality and treated customers great. If only the manger was able to learn from them he would have had more respect from the guests.
