Average hospitality Service

We lodged there with other colleagues from 8-13 May 2023. The service appeared to be good first two days because we were very few. As soon as many people lodged and use the facility for conferencing their hospitality fades, we became less of their priorities. Teas for conference venue were organized but the Urn with boiling was not there because it had to be used by others. we could hardly get honey and lemons. Linens in the room were hardly changed and less of varieties in the dining hall. Proper Event management is needed.
