beware of Ingwe granite solutions

Please beware of this company and people. So in July I contacted Christi for a quote she gave me a quote for S20 + delivery and installation of R1000.Altogether R6500. I paid a few days later after the quote.It was for my late husband's grave as I was meant to have the unveiling in August .After making payment all arrangements were being prepared so I thought,She even sent me the final picture of how the tombstone will look.So come a few days before my unveiling and asking her where's my tombstone she gives me a story of terms and conditions,It takes +-6-12 weeks to prepare,I said how but you didn't say this when we were talking prior to paying,Anyways I was already angry because now I had to postpone soon to cancel the whole unveiling because basically nothing was coming.So embarrassing.I even spoke to the guy via a call and he said I must now come and pick up the tombstone,So I asked so who will install the tombstone.What a mess.Its now 6 months and they still have not refunded me,Christi said after threatening and calling and whatsapping her,She said she would pay me but till date I'm still waiting.They run a business like this and **** people especially in this line of business. I at this point don't know how now to get my money out of them.I know they ****med me and have no intentions of paying me back,bUt I want my money. They still proudly put statuses on FB And WhatsApp of family stuff and kids and they ******** people.Really. These are their contact numbers
