My dead claim not paid by Ingwe funeral. Service

I would like to report Ingwe funeral services they don't want to pay my dead claim my aunt died on 15.01.2023 and when I call the they telling me different stories saying the the information on the claim is not correct to my surprise I was told to go do affidavit in on for my claim to be paid up until today they telling me different stories and the guy I communicated with he's a **** his name is Stephanie. He gave me email to send the affidavit of which I did ask my daughter to send the email and he even confirm the receiving of my affidavit all of a sudden he's now changing the statement saying I did not send the affidavit after a week. I don't understand that guy that how does he work with clients if helps on lying like that he is doing bad reputation for the company he has no sympathy to the clients. I would like to ask hello Peter to contact them with immediate effect and respond to my claim if they don't will continue and report them to Ombudsman and also report to hawks cos it seems as if it's not the first time doing this to their customers. I'm not goner relaxed till I get paid my claim cause he thinks we are foolish and west part I don't even owe them even a cent. When my broker (Ntsiki) from MMFcommunicate with him he always change the statment. I'm now sick and tired of him. If they don't pay me I will escalate to the next level as I mentioned.
