Bad community service/clients services

From November 2016 I started the lease application at ingonyama trust board (PMB) but till today I haven't receive my lease to start my business goals.

Everytime I speak to the administrator at ngonyama trust from 2016, 2017, 2018 she says the board meeting did not Sit while their waiting period is not more than 4months.

I find them with a poor service to the community as the know very well you can't move forward to liquor board without obtaining a Lease at ingonyama trust. 2016, 2017, 2018 I did not achieve my business goals because of ingonyama trust.

Last communication with them says The board meeting will be 14 November 18 but I'm afraid they will say board meeting did not Sit as usually. (I have lost Trust on them)
