Pathetic service !!!

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I am highly disappointed at the hostile and unfriendly service of Inglot (kiosk) in Cavendish Square, Cape Town.</p> <p>I had a meeting at Cavendish and thought I could go to the Inglot kiosk with the notion that I could rely on their friendly service. To my dismay, the welcome I received was nothing short of being hostile.</p> <p>When I approached the desk Luzwayo stood almost ontop of me without saying a word. I kindly asked the assistant, Luzwayo, of the products. She gave me the wrong product, didn't offer any help and walked away. Hakeema eventually walked over whipping out a brush and hurriedly put some glitter on my face which I told her made my skin dry. She went on to abruptly add "trust me". I asked her for the product I earlier asked Luzwayo for but she ignored me walked over to the computer and pretended to read a book. I was astonished.</p> <p>I spend thousands on Inglot each month and consider myself a loyal customer to the brand. I was absolutely embarrassed and certainly disgruntled.</p> <p>Non the less, as I stood alone with make-up in my hand, I put everything down and walked into Woolworths. The minute I entered a friendly make-up artist, Aisha, walked up to me and offered to do my make-up at Smash Box. She was such a delight and did such a great job. I bought all the products she used on my face. At the Elizabeth Arden counter another woman walked up to me and said she observed the way the Inglot girls behaved towards me and they conveyed their disappointment too.</p> <p>Later at my meeting my client loved my make-up and asked me to show her the products I used as she wished to purchase the same.</p> <p>I am deeply disappointed at the manner in which your staff treated a loyal customer. Their etiquette in customer service is atrocious. I will never buy an Inglot product and feel betrayed by a brand that I have supported.</p> <p>I hope that this receives the urgency it deserves as I promise to escalate it until it does.</p> <p>Sincerely</p> <p>Mishka Palmet</p>
