Not good enough

I am so disappointed that such a beautiful place can deliver consistently poor service and food in their restaurant. It was quiet but there were not enough menus. For the second time in a row the items we wanted to order were not available, from certain milkshakes to meal items. The training of waiter staff is way below par. The potential to offer fantastic food at a fantastic location is there but it is as if management has no clue of food service or perhaps no desire to deliver quality food and service.
