Unhappy customer

I bought a Cordless drill from Handy Hardware in Hibberdene, I didn't use the drill very long and now it doesn't turn, it doesn't grip, something wrong with the motor or something. I live in JHB and the Hardware suggested that I should bring it to Alberton Hardware....which was a waste of time. I gave it in for repair in October and received it back in November. No repairs were done, and I was told that there is no Spares and there is already a new 20v out on the drill. Now who's fault is that;, must i lose money because there is no spares and they can't replace it? Who is the responsible party for replacing; that means no warranty or guarantee doesn't work. This machine was not cheap.
