Ingco Tools - Poor customer service

Bought electric drill within a year the variable speed does not work, sent it back to the place of purchase ingco tools only collected on15/3/23, still has to go to their head office not sure when it will get back. According to the place of purchase they are not allowed to give any information to check the repair status. Please buy a reputed brand as the customer service is far superior
