Ingco service for generator was top notch.

I've seen some negative reviews of Ingco here on HP and felt compelled to give you my positive one. One needs to remember that people normally come to HP to complain, not complement, and that's understandable.

When I had a minor issue with my Ingco 5.5kVA generator, Ingco really did bend over backwards to help. I bought the generator from Gimme online but Ingco themselves sent an excellent, courteous and professional technician, Brandon, to resolve the issue.

He was at my home for over an hour and a half ensuring that the issue was resolved and in fact replaced the entire generator on the spot with a brand new one, assembled it and drained the petrol out of the old one (there was 10 litres) for me and transferred it to the new one. He even offered to go and get more petrol to top the generator up.

It's been quite a while since I've seen this level of service. I'm not in any way associated with this company, this is my first purchase of an Ingco product and so far I'm vey impressed. The build quality of the generator, the minor issue aside, is top notch.
