Ingco Garden Tool

I purchased an Ingco 20 V garden shears in December 2023 at Klein Karoo Agri in Oudtshoorn. After approximately one year the blades were blunt with no excessive use nor cutting any hard materials. I ordered replacement blades from the supplier in late December 2024 but after the end of year shutdown the wrong blades were first delivered and then when the correct blades were supp**** I found that the eccentric drive inside the blade holder was worn out, poor quality. Ingco offered to replace the complete unit but withdrew the offer after it transpired that the model was to be replaced by a newer model. Now I have been waiting for more than a month for a new blade assembly to be supp****. The rep overpromises and does not deliver at promised dates, he/she never meets the promised dates for visiting his/her supplier. Ingco has a non-existent after sales service and does not care about the customer. After 4 months the unit I purchased is still not available for me to use. Once the blades are worn out again after minimal use, I will dispose of the entire product in the dust bin, absolute ******* quality and non-existent after sales service, contrary to good service from other tool suppliers. Even posting complaints on their website and promising to post this complaint on hello peter produced no action. They should actually get a zero star rating. Definitely will recommend to anybody I know never to purchase an Ingco product.
