INGCO AFTERSALES SERVICE NON-EXISITENT

The tools are great, but the aftersales service is atrocious! I bought a bush cutter. The head was damaged and I ordered one without any hassle. It however requires a washer to stop it from spinning off. I have waited for months and the dealer just gets a parts list without a description. 3 queries later, directly to Ingco HQ and zero response.
