Bad service backup

i have twenty battery operated Ingco machines of which three are 18V about three years old and balance all 20V I Have enjoyed using these machines but one of my 18V machines stopped working so U took it in to be repaired only to be told they don't service 18V machines anymore. I am shocked as i have Black & decker machines which are 10 years old and are still serviced as well as two Bosch machines which are ten years Plus old and both were repaired last year. When i asked the rep about it he said that he would see what he could do and come back to me. Nothing happened. I presume this is there attitude and in a years time they wont service 20V machines when they change the voltage. All this proves is DO NOT BUY ANY BRANDS WHICH ARE NOT WELL KNOWN AS YOU WILL NOT VEABLE TO SERVICE THEM IN THREE YEARS TIME. Maybe a bit harsh as i have two Ryobi battery drills which are 4 years old and still working fine.
