Spa Etiquette

Booked my wife and I for a day spa at Ingaadi Day Spa. It's her birthday and I thought she could enjoy a tranquil spa relaxation.<br> <br> It is an absolute shocker that management failed to intervene when we complained that some of their other patrons were being rowdy while we are trying to relax.<br> <br> The lack of responsiveness really takes away a lot from the Ingaadi experience and what a disappointing end to what was suppose to be a special day for my wife.
