Horrible service

Rocla Virginia branch, disgusting service. It's been almost over 2months since my order. All they do is taking you pillar to post. I even tried the head office where I was hoping to get the attended, still without luck. I was previously got directed to regional manager whom I believe he is still becoming rude to me. The lady whom I can't mentioned name on the platform does not even take initiative of calling me for updates or respond to me, everyone in this regard is disaster. I have been on Penalties since 2 weeks ago since pending the material from the supplier which no one tells me what's really happening and when do I get my outstanding order. I have worked with Rocla from years ago but after the frustrations I am experiencing currently, I don't ever think I would risk myself ever again purchasing material from Rocla. Neither recommend them to anyone, noways The service is very poor indeed. They don't value customers or perhaps they undermining me.... Can you guys get my order on site as in yesterday please
