INFRAPLEX - STAY FAR AWAY!

On 4 February 2016 Infraplex was instructed to do a simple e-mail address change. Now, 3 weeks later, I am still experiencing serious technical issues such as e-mails being undelivered to recipients with dire consequences. For the last 3 weeks they have almost daily promised to fix the problem - they should have just admitted from the start that they botched the job and actually did not know how to fix it. For 3 weeks I have had to deal with my calls being dodged and outright being **** to and them not getting back to me as promised. They have no integrity. I have sought advise from an IT specialist (as I obviously do not have the technical knowledge to argue their untruthful explanations re the problem) and was advised that the e-mail address change was done incorrectly from the start - something they of course will not admit to me. They have wasted hours of my time and our business have suffered losses due to e-mails not being delivered. Please stay far away from them. Anyway, at this rate, they will soon not be in business anymore.
