empty promises

We bought a house in 2013 at protea glen ext 28 . and we moved in May 2013 last year we lodge a complain from our developer <br> Infra consult because our kitchen door is next to the small passage .When it rains the water will stalk in there because the is no <br> Pipe or drain were the water can go through .When it's hot I can't even open my kitchen door due to high crime that we are facing in south Africa. That passenger is very dirty .the problem was even escalated to( joburg JRA) they send the developer latter stating that they need to closed it by November 2014 till now nothing has being done. I can't even build the wall in my<br> Yard because 3 years down the line the wall will fall due to that water that stalk in there .
