Unsolicited calls despite Opt Out

I lately receive many unsolicited calls from companies offering debt relief and personal loans. If they can't get hold of me, they call my husband. Last year I registered on the The DMA National OPT OUT Database, but this is not honoured and I still receive unsolicited phone calls. The latest one was from Izwe Loans who also called my husband about my alleged application for a personal loan - this is unacceptable, embarassing and a breach of privacy. Izwe informed me that they buy the information from Information Capital and that they cannot be held responsible (which is also rediculous). I demand to be removed from any database that Information Capital sells to companies.
