No monthly statement proving accounts has actually been paid

I have signed up with this company 3 months ago the owner JP Botes came to see me, I have paid them R800 per month to clear my debt, which was negotiated through a law firm, however they cannot send me any statements showing that my accounts has actually been paid and what the outstanding amounts are. My emails and messages go unheard, I wonder if they actually are using the money to pay the clients debt off or are they pocketing the money. I will not recommend this company to anybody.
