Extremely Disappointing Service

I ordered medication from this pharmacy on the 28th of December so that it will be processed before the new year. Their phone line does not work so I messaged the WhatsApp number. They read the messages but never responded. I called them yesterday to ask what was going on and the pharmacist by the name of Anil had told me that he had more important things to do than process my order. He was EXTREMELY RUDE!! The customer service I received from this pharmacy after being a long time customer was absolutely putrid!! I would not advise anyone to use this pharmacy in Umhlatuzana as there are many other pharmacies that provided 100 times better service!!
