They make you deposit 400 that is non refundable and promise to help you look for a place within your budget and immediately after payment is received they send you a list of contact details and you suppose to contact them yourself and make arrangements regarding the place being rented, not one of the contact details they provided was legit most of them were unavailable and some wrong numbers I advise people to visit property24 website when looking for a place to rent.
