I had called through looking for accommodation a few days ago and was sent through a list of properties [the next day] via email, which I perused. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the the fact that I had never before payed for properties before viewing... so I called ready to blow a gasket. My call was received by a calm and proffessional Rose-Anne. She gave me a hearing and appropriately explained that they are not Estate Agents (merely advertise on the databse) and you paying to be listed on their database and filtered with properties until suitable accommodation is secured. She really went out of her way to ensure that I understood exactly how their database operates.

I write this because I was really irate and rude and would sincerely like to apoligise for not reading and understanding before I called
