Repairing a fridge

Very disappointed with the service I received from Oasis Appliance Repair.

I contacted them to repair my fridge, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor — I had to keep following up for updates. When the technician finally arrived, the diagnosis seemed rushed and not very clear. After the "repair", the fridge worked only for a short time before the same issue returned.

I tried contacting them again for a follow-up, but there was either no response or long delays. It felt like once they were paid, the support ended. I expected professional service and at least some form of guarantee or accountability, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I would not recommend them based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service and technical reliability.
