INFLUX ELECTRICAL wonderful service provided!

I had an electrical problem in my house in Jeffreys bay. I contacted my Insurance Company, and they sent out Influx Electrical (all the way from Port Elizabeth +- 80 km from Jeffreys). The electrician tested everything that needed to be tested, and could not find a fault. He then went outside to the Municipality's Electrical box and saw that the switch to my house was off. With permission of our Municipality, he switched the the switch on again. Hooray, problem solved. But not for long. Two days thereafter the switch tripped again, I called my insurance company again, and they could not help me because on their side the claim was closed. Our Municipality came out and saw that the switch tripped again, and with their advanced meter traced the fault to my DB board underneath the new tiles that I had put in the previous week. I spoke to INFLUX ELECTRICAL and they came out a second time to my house and dug up the tile where the Municipality made a mark, and the electricien found that the tilers accidentally cut some of the electrical wires. The INFLUX technician repaired all the wires. The best of is, they did not charge me for the service provided!! What a fantastic reliable company to help me!! I will forever recommend INFLUX ELECTRICAL - GREAT RELIABLE COMPANY!
