Very poor quality products and no refund

I order a custom made Tree House bed for my son. I Paid a deposit and Andrew from Inifinity Wood Creations started. He promised 2 weeks until completion. He only brought it at 4 weeks. He refused to bring the Tree House bed without receiving full payment. When the item arrived at my home to setup, myself and my wife were shocked. It was totally unacceptable. Very cheap materials used and in very poor condition . A real home made job and not near worth the money we were charged. We requested for Andrew to pack it up and take it with him as we cannot accept it. Now we have been requesting a refund from Inifity Wood Creations and they refuse to pay us back our money. We will not be forced to seek legal action against them to recover our funds. If you want good quality, study, well made wood furniture it is in our opinion that you should please go elsewhere and NOT to Inifity Wood Creations as they provide quite poor quality builds and do not refund your money.
